До найбільш поширених патологічних процесів у гінекологічній практиці у жінок у перименопаузальний період належить поєднана патологія матки і грудних залоз. Незважаючи на тривалу історію вивчення, ця проблема залишається у центрі уваги вітчизняних і закордонних дослідників через високий ризик злоякісного переродження. Особливої уваги заслуговують питання якісної своєчасної діагностики і розроблення тактики ведення хворих із поєднаною патологією у перименопаузі, оскільки саме у цей період життя жінки у клініцистів виникають найбільші труднощі під час вибору реального лікувального впливу.
