Роль дефіциту вітаміну D у виникненні акушерських та перинатальних ускладнень (Огляд літератури)

Анотація

У статті наведений огляд літератури, який демонструє високу поширеність дефіциту і недостатності вітаміну D у вагітних в країнах незалежно від їхнього географічного розташування. Це призводить до несприятливих наслідків для здоров’я, таких, як невиношування вагітності, загроза передчасних пологів, прееклампсія, гестаційний цукровий діабет, ризик кесарева розтину, низька маса тіла при народженні і зростання числа аутоімунних захворювань, що пов’язані з низьким рівнем вітаміну D протягом вагітності.
