Анотація

У статті представлені дані щодо походження внутрішньоматкової рідини у порожнині матки у жінок у постменопаузальний період. Висвітлені головні фактори, за даними літератури, які впливають на появу внутрішньоматкової рідини. Описані частота виявлення цієї патології, основні скарги пацієнток, оцінювання стану ендометрія. Наведені дані, що свідчать про доброякісний чи злоякісний перебіг процесу за наявності внутрішньоматкової рідини у порожнині матки у жінок у постменопаузальний період.
