У статті представлені фактори ризику розвитку гепатоцелюлярної карциноми (ГЦК), сучасні положення про можливості скринінгу і ранньої діагностики ГЦК з використанням променевих методів візуалізації, неінвазивних серологічних маркерів. Визначено категорії пацієнтів, що підлягають скринінгу ГЦК, і алгоритм обстеження.
