Проблема післяопераційного болю залишається однією з актуальних в сучасній хірургії, зокрема в акушерській практиці. Найоптимальнішим сучасним методом післяопераційного знеболювання є мультимодальна аналгезія, яка дозволяє зменшити застосування опіоїдів. У статті наведено огляд сучасної медичної літератури щодо методів періопераційного знеболювання, у тому числі мультимодальної аналгезії кесарева розтину, і висвітлення даної інформації з позицій доказової медицини. Наведені також попередні власні дані щодо переваг використання мультимодальної аналгезії у породіль у післяопераційний період.
