Плацента як дзеркало вагітності (Огляд літератури)

Плацента є органом біологічного моніторингу, дзеркалом вагітності, предиктором здоров’я. Успішна імплантація – запорука формування здорової плаценти та, отже, здорового майбутнього покоління. Порушення процесів апоптозу, проліферації у трофобласті, стромальних і ендотеліальних клітинах ворсинчастого хоріона, децидуальній та плодовій оболонках призводять до змін плацентарно-плодових взаємовідносин, а у подальшому – до формування патології. Вивчення плацентарних маркерів невиношування вагітності є новим поглядом на діагностику та перспективним напрямком попередження репродуктивних втрат.
