Анотація

У статті представлені дані останніх рандомізованих досліджень і опублікованих у 2018 році двох керівництв Королівського коледжу акушерів-гінекологів Великої Британії щодо епідеміології, факторів ризику, сучасних методів діагностики, алгоритмів розродження й інноваційних хірургічних методів допомоги у разі передлежання і прирощення плаценти (pl. praevia/accreta). З точки зору доказової медицини висвітлено актуальність проблеми стосовно антенатальної діагностики патології плацентації для прогнозування і профілактики життєво небезпечних геморагічних ускладнень. Наведено дані, що свідчать про необхідність мультидисциплінарного підходу до розродження вагітних у разі встановлення діагнозу placenta percreta з проведенням донного кесарева розтину і гістеректомії без спроби відділення плаценти.

Надані останні дані будуть корисні для практикуючих акушерів-гінекологів з метою оптимального ведення і розродження вагітних з цією тяжкою акушерською патологією.
